Addy 2012

Addy loves to get the eggs from the chickens. Dang cute little face, huh?

Addy is trying to spell at age 5. This is her attempt at spelling, "hungry".

She's also reading. A little slow, but she loves it!

4H Lambs 2012

The kids did great! They worked hard all year and did their best. They learn a lot about working with the animals and showmanship. At the end of the summer, they get some money for their savings account. Good deal!

Soccer Season 2012

First time voter! 2012

McKenzie did an absentee vote the first time she voted because we weren't sure where she would be on voter day and if she could make it to the polls. Can't believe she's that old!

Halloween 2012

McKenzie and her friend decided to make flute costumes which was a little harder than it seemed. It took a little extra help from Mike to finish, but they were so proud of themselves and wore it to their music classes at Snow and got quite the attention and lots of laughs.

Grandpa King is over 90 years old and loves to get a visit from his grandkids on Halloween for trick or treating!

Maple Canyon Hike

One of our favorite local hikes is Maple Canyon. I make it almost all the way with Addy, but she gets too nervous so we head down while the kids and Mike get to the top and then catch up with us. Addy LOVES to climb on rocks and look for leaves. It's one of her favorite things. And she's getting more daring all the time.
