McKenzie spent the summer on her first assignment to Provo because she had some paperwork issues. Then they let her come home for a day to open her call. Then off on her mission a few days later. WOW ! We had to get ready really fast for the second assignment. She opened her call and it was to the Kansas Wichita Mission. Shocker. No one guessed there. For some reason, I thought Seattle or California or Texas. But it's perfect for her and we were so excited and so was she! She is loving being a missionary and doing really well. We had family and a few friends there to watch her open it.

That is so exciting. I think she may serve in some of the areas that Levi served in. The mission names and boundaries have changed since he was there, but he loved it. Congratulations on your first missionary.
